「地圖小幫手」重視使用者的定位、座標與軌跡資料。本 App 不要求註冊帳號，開發者不建立使用者個人檔案，也不使用廣告、使用者追蹤或第三方分析 SDK。
位置與軌跡資料：App 會在你主動使用定位功能時取得裝置位置。一般「我的位置」用於定位與地圖顯示；北向跟隨與導航朝向會在功能使用期間持續取得位置。只有你主動開始「軌跡記錄」後，App 才會在需要時於背景或鎖定畫面持續取得位置，直到你暫停、結束或取消記錄。
裝置上的資料：位置、目標、位置足跡、路徑量測、軌跡、GPX 疊圖、重點標記與相關設定主要保存在你的裝置中。開發者不會把這些資料上傳到自有伺服器。
參考地址：「我的位置」若可取得參考地址，會使用 Apple 系統的反向地理編碼服務，可能需要網路。參考地址僅供參考，收在「更多座標格式」中，不會加入 App 的座標分享文字。
網路服務：核心座標換算在裝置端完成。當你主動使用下列功能時，可能會連線網路：
第三方圖資：離線地圖使用 MOI.OSM - Taiwan TOPO（魯地圖）及 OpenStreetMap 資料；相關圖資仍受原作者與資料來源授權條款約束。
資料刪除：你可以在 App 內刪除已儲存的目標、位置足跡、軌跡、GPX、量測紀錄與離線圖資。解除安裝 App 也會移除 App 沙盒內的資料。已經透過系統分享功能傳送至其他 App、雲端或裝置的副本，不受 App 內刪除影響。
若未來版本新增雲端服務、第三方分析、廣告或其他資料處理方式，本政策與 App Store 隱私資訊會同步更新。
MapHelper does not require an account. The developer does not build user profiles and does not use advertising, user tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Location and tracks: Location is accessed when you use location-based features. Continuous foreground updates may be used for map-follow modes. Background location is used only after you explicitly start Track Recording and ends when you pause, finish, or cancel the recording.
Data on your device: Locations, targets, footprints, measurements, tracks, GPX overlays, markers, and related settings are primarily stored on your device and are not uploaded to a developer-operated server.
Reference address: When available, a reference address is provided through Apple's reverse-geocoding service and may require a network connection. It is shown only under additional coordinate details and is not included in the app's coordinate share text.
Network services: Coordinate conversion is performed on device. When you explicitly use certain features, the app may connect to the map-data provider for offline-map downloads, Apple services for place search or reverse geocoding, external map apps you choose to open, or iOS sharing destinations you select.
Deletion: You can delete saved targets, footprints, tracks, GPX data, measurements, and offline map data in the app. Uninstalling the app removes data in the app sandbox. Copies you previously shared to other apps, cloud services, or devices are controlled by those destinations.
