隱私設計重點：遮影的影片選取、人臉偵測與追蹤、遮罩編輯及影片輸出均在使用者裝置端進行。本 App 不會將使用者的影片或臉部資料上傳至開發者伺服器。

一、影片與照片資料

「遮影」用於在影片中建立馬賽克、模糊、純色、貼圖及其他遮罩效果。使用者選擇的影片及相關編輯處理均於使用者裝置上進行。本 App 不會將使用者選擇的影片或處理後影片上傳至開發者伺服器。

二、臉部資料（Face Data）

當使用者主動選擇影片並使用人臉偵測或追蹤功能時，本 App 會在裝置端分析影片中的臉部位置資訊，例如臉部邊界框、座標、位置及追蹤所需的暫時性資料。這些資料僅用於在影片中建立、定位及移動隱私遮罩。

本 App 不使用臉部資料辨識或確認人物身分，不建立臉部身分資料庫，不建立使用者個人檔案，也不將臉部資料用於驗證、廣告、行銷、分析或跨 App 追蹤。

分享與揭露：臉部資料不會傳送給開發者，不會出售、出租、分享或揭露給第三方，也不會提供給廣告平台、分析服務、資料仲介或資訊轉售業者。

儲存位置：臉部偵測與追蹤資料只在使用者裝置端處理；本 App 沒有用來接收或儲存臉部資料的開發者伺服器或雲端資料庫。

保留與刪除：臉部偵測及追蹤產生的資料屬於編輯工作階段所需的暫時性資料，不由開發者在伺服器永久保存。當相關編輯工作階段結束或 App 不再需要該資料進行處理時，即不再保留供 App 使用。使用者匯出的影片只會依使用者操作儲存在其裝置／照片圖庫中，並可由使用者自行刪除。

三、第三方 AI 服務

遮影不使用、不連接，也未整合任何第三方 AI 服務。App 的人臉偵測與自動追蹤功能均在使用者的 iPhone 或 iPad 裝置端執行，並使用 Apple 的 Vision framework，包括 VNDetectFaceRectanglesRequest、VNTrackObjectRequest 及 VNSequenceRequestHandler。

使用者的影片、照片、臉部資料、遮罩資料或其他個人資料，不會傳送至 OpenAI、Google Gemini、Anthropic Claude 或任何其他第三方 AI 服務，也不會因人臉偵測或追蹤功能而上傳至開發者伺服器。

四、照片圖庫權限

本 App 僅在使用者主動選擇影片或儲存處理完成的影片時，使用 iOS 提供的照片與影片相關功能。使用者可透過 iOS 系統設定管理相關權限。

四、個人資料

本 App 目前不要求建立使用者帳號，也不要求使用者提供姓名、電話號碼、電子郵件地址或其他身分資料。

五、分析、廣告與追蹤

本 App 目前不使用第三方廣告、跨 App 使用者追蹤或行為分析服務。

六、資料分享

本 App 不會出售使用者的影片內容、臉部資料或個人資料，也不會為廣告或其他無關目的將這些資料提供給第三方。

七、兒童隱私

本 App 不以蒐集兒童個人資料為目的。由於本 App 目前不建立帳號或蒐集使用者身分資料，開發者不會主動取得使用者年齡資訊。

八、政策變更

如未來新增雲端服務、分析服務、帳號系統或其他涉及資料處理的功能，本政策將配合更新。

Privacy Policy

Privacy by design: Video selection, face detection and tracking, mask editing, and video export are processed on the user's device. The App does not upload users' videos or Face Data to a developer-operated server.

1. Videos and Photos

Video Privacy Mask ("the App") applies mosaic, blur, solid-color, sticker, and other masking effects to videos. Selected videos and related editing are processed on the user's device. The App does not upload selected or processed videos to a developer-operated server.

2. Face Data

When a user actively selects a video and uses face detection or tracking, the App processes information about face locations on the device, such as face bounding boxes, coordinates, positions, and temporary tracking data. This information is used only to create, position, and move privacy masks in the video.

The App does not use Face Data to identify or verify a person's identity, does not create a face identity database or user profile, and does not use Face Data for authentication, advertising, marketing, analytics, or cross-app tracking.

Sharing and disclosure: Face Data is not transmitted to the developer and is not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties, including advertising platforms, analytics providers, data brokers, or information resellers.

Storage: Face detection and tracking data is processed only on the user's device. The App has no developer-operated server or cloud database that receives or stores Face Data.

Retention and deletion: Face detection and tracking data is temporary data required for the editing session and is not permanently retained by the developer on any server. When the relevant editing session ends or the App no longer needs the data for processing, it is no longer retained for use by the App. Exported videos are stored only on the user's device/photo library at the user's direction and can be deleted by the user.

3. Third-Party AI Services

Video Privacy Mask does not use, connect to, or integrate with any third-party AI service. Face detection and automatic tracking are performed locally on the user's iPhone or iPad using Apple's Vision framework, including VNDetectFaceRectanglesRequest, VNTrackObjectRequest, and VNSequenceRequestHandler.

User videos, photos, face data, mask data, or other personal data are not transmitted to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or any other third-party AI service, and are not uploaded to a developer-operated server for face detection or tracking.

4. Photo Library Access

The App uses iOS photo and video features only when the user chooses a video or saves an exported video. Related permissions can be managed through iOS Settings.

4. Personal Information

The App currently does not require an account and does not ask users to provide a name, phone number, email address, or other identity information.

5. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The App currently does not use third-party advertising, cross-app user tracking, or behavioral analytics services.

6. Data Sharing

The App does not sell users' video content, Face Data, or personal information and does not provide such information to third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed to collect children's personal information. Because the App currently does not create user accounts or collect identity information, the developer does not actively obtain users' ages.

8. Changes to This Policy

If future versions introduce cloud services, analytics, accounts, or other features involving data processing, this policy will be updated accordingly.
