隱私設計重點：「圖片標註」的照片選取、拍攝、文字、箭頭、圖形、編號、馬賽克、裁切、手繪、螢光筆、放大鏡、說明框及輸出等處理，均以使用者裝置端處理為核心。本 App 不會將使用者的照片或編輯內容上傳至開發者伺服器。

一、照片與相機存取

使用者可主動從照片圖庫選取照片或使用相機拍攝照片。相關權限僅用於使用者要求的選取、拍攝、編輯及儲存功能。使用者可在 iOS「設定」中管理相關權限。

二、裝置端處理

照片標註、馬賽克、裁切、手繪、放大鏡與其他編輯功能在裝置端完成。App 不會為這些功能將照片或編輯結果傳送至開發者伺服器。

三、個人資料與帳號

目前版本不要求建立帳號，也不要求使用者提供姓名、電話號碼、電子郵件地址或其他身分資料。

四、分析、廣告與追蹤

目前版本不使用第三方廣告、跨 App 使用者追蹤或行為分析服務。

五、資料分享與輸出

App 不會出售或出租使用者的照片、編輯內容或個人資料。當使用者主動使用分享、儲存至照片或存到檔案等功能時，內容會依使用者選擇交由 iOS 系統及使用者選定的目的地處理。

六、資料保留與刪除

開發者沒有用來接收或永久保存使用者照片與編輯內容的伺服器。使用者儲存在裝置、照片圖庫或檔案中的輸出內容，可由使用者自行管理與刪除。

七、兒童隱私

本 App 不以蒐集兒童個人資料為目的。由於目前不建立帳號或蒐集使用者身分資料，開發者不會主動取得使用者年齡資訊。

八、政策變更

如未來版本新增雲端服務、分析、廣告、帳號系統或其他涉及資料處理的功能，本政策將配合更新。

Privacy Policy

Privacy by design: Photo selection, camera capture, text, arrows, shapes, numbering, mosaic, cropping, drawing, highlighting, magnifier, callouts, and export are processed primarily on the user's device. The App does not upload users' photos or editing content to a developer-operated server.

1. Photo and Camera Access

Users may actively select photos from the photo library or capture photos with the camera. Related permissions are used only for user-requested selection, capture, editing, and saving. Permissions can be managed in iOS Settings.

2. On-device Processing

Photo annotation, mosaic, cropping, drawing, magnifier, and other editing features are performed on the device. The App does not transmit photos or editing results to a developer-operated server for these features.

3. Personal Information and Accounts

The current version does not require an account and does not ask users to provide a name, phone number, email address, or other identity information.

4. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The current version does not use third-party advertising, cross-app user tracking, or behavioral analytics services.

5. Sharing and Export

The App does not sell or rent users' photos, editing content, or personal information. When a user actively chooses to share, save to Photos, or save to Files, the content is handled by iOS and the destination selected by the user.

6. Retention and Deletion

The developer does not operate a server that receives or permanently stores users' photos or editing content. Output stored on the device, in Photos, or in Files can be managed and deleted by the user.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed to collect children's personal information. Because the current version does not create accounts or collect identity information, the developer does not actively obtain users' ages.

8. Changes

If future versions introduce cloud services, analytics, advertising, accounts, or other data processing, this policy will be updated accordingly.
