隱私設計重點：遮圖的照片遮罩、人臉與車牌輔助辨識、文字、貼圖及背景效果等處理，皆於使用者的 iPhone 裝置端完成。照片不會因這些功能而上傳至開發者伺服器。

一、照片存取

使用者主動透過 iOS 系統照片選擇器選取要處理的照片。當使用者選擇將完成結果儲存至「照片」App 時，遮圖會依系統要求取得新增照片所需權限。輸出會建立新照片，不會覆蓋原始照片。

二、資料收集

目前版本不要求建立帳號，不包含廣告、第三方分析或追蹤功能，亦不透過開發者伺服器收集使用者選取的照片、遮罩內容、文字、貼圖或編輯結果。

三、裝置端處理

人臉與車牌輔助辨識、遮罩處理、文字、貼圖與背景效果均使用裝置端能力執行。自動辨識可能發生漏判，使用者在分享或發布照片前仍應自行確認輸出結果。

臉部資料（Face Data）

當使用者主動選擇照片並使用人臉輔助辨識功能時，遮圖會在裝置端分析照片中的臉部位置資訊，例如臉部邊界框、座標及位置。這些資料僅用於建立與定位隱私遮罩。

遮圖不使用臉部資料辨識或確認人物身分，不建立臉部身分資料庫或使用者個人檔案，也不將臉部資料用於驗證、廣告、行銷、分析或跨 App 追蹤。

分享與儲存：臉部資料不會傳送給開發者，不會出售、出租、分享或揭露給第三方。臉部資料只在使用者裝置端處理；沒有開發者伺服器或雲端資料庫接收或儲存這些資料。

保留與刪除：人臉偵測產生的資料屬於照片編輯工作階段所需的暫時性資料，不由開發者在伺服器永久保存。當相關編輯工作階段結束或 App 不再需要該資料進行處理時，即不再保留供 App 使用。使用者匯出的照片只會依使用者操作儲存在其裝置／照片圖庫中，並可由使用者自行刪除。

四、政策變更

若未來版本新增雲端服務、分析、廣告或其他資料處理功能，本政策將配合更新。

Privacy Policy

Photo masking, face and license-plate assistance, text, stickers, and background effects are processed on the user's iPhone. Photos are not uploaded to a developer server for these features.

Photo Access

Users explicitly choose photos through the iOS system photo picker. When a user saves a finished result to Photos, the app requests the permission required by iOS to add the new image. Export creates a new photo and does not overwrite the original.

Data Collection

The current version does not require an account and does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking. The developer does not collect selected photos, masks, text, stickers, or edited results through a developer server.

On-device Processing

Face and license-plate assistance, masking, text, stickers, and background effects are performed using on-device capabilities. Automatic detection may miss items, so users should review the final output before sharing or publishing it.

Face Data

When a user actively selects a photo and uses face detection assistance, Photo Privacy Mask processes information about face locations on the device, such as face bounding boxes, coordinates, and positions. This information is used only to create and position privacy masks.

The app does not use Face Data to identify or verify a person's identity, does not create a face identity database or user profile, and does not use Face Data for authentication, advertising, marketing, analytics, or cross-app tracking.

Sharing and storage: Face Data is not transmitted to the developer and is not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties. Face Data is processed only on the user's device; no developer-operated server or cloud database receives or stores this data.

Retention and deletion: Face detection data is temporary data required for the photo editing session and is not permanently retained by the developer on any server. When the relevant editing session ends or the app no longer needs the data for processing, it is no longer retained for use by the app. Exported photos are stored only on the user's device/photo library at the user's direction and can be deleted by the user.

Changes

If a future version adds cloud services, analytics, advertising, or other data processing, this policy will be updated accordingly.
