隱私設計重點：座標通不要求註冊或登入，不使用廣告追蹤 SDK，也不使用開發者自有伺服器儲存使用者的位置資料。

一、定位資料

當使用者主動使用「取得我的位置」功能時，座標通會透過 Apple Core Location 取得裝置目前的位置資訊，例如經度、緯度、海拔、水平定位精度、高度精度與定位時間。這些資訊用於在 App 中顯示目前位置、進行座標格式轉換、複製、分享或開啟地圖。

定位資料不會傳送至開發者自有伺服器，也不會由開發者建立或保存使用者行蹤紀錄。

二、地址資訊

App 可能透過 Apple 系統提供的地理編碼服務，將目前座標轉換為可閱讀的地址。是否能取得地址會依裝置、網路及 Apple 系統服務狀態而有所不同。

三、座標輸入與轉換

使用者手動輸入或貼上的 WGS84、度分秒（DMS）、TWD97、TWD67、台電電力座標等資料，僅用於 App 內的辨識與座標轉換功能。開發者不會將這些輸入資料傳送至自有伺服器保存。

四、地圖服務

當使用者主動選擇開啟 Apple 地圖或 Google 地圖時，座標資訊可能依使用者操作交由對應的地圖服務處理。後續資料處理方式適用各服務提供者自己的隱私政策。

五、帳號與個人資料

座標通目前不要求建立使用者帳號，也不要求使用者提供姓名、電話號碼、電子郵件地址或其他身分資料。

六、廣告、分析與追蹤

本 App 目前不使用第三方廣告 SDK、不進行跨 App 追蹤，也不使用開發者部署的行為分析服務。

七、資料出售與分享

開發者不出售、出租或以廣告目的分享使用者的位置資料、座標輸入資料或其他個人資料。

八、定位權限管理

使用者可隨時至 iOS 或 iPadOS「設定」中變更或關閉座標通的定位權限。關閉定位權限後，仍可使用不依賴目前位置的座標輸入與轉換功能。

九、政策變更

若未來版本新增帳號、雲端服務、分析服務、廣告或其他涉及資料處理的功能，本政策將配合實際功能更新。

Privacy Policy

Privacy by design: CoordinateTW does not require account registration, does not use advertising tracking SDKs, and does not use a developer-operated server to store users' location data.

1. Location Data

When the user actively uses “Get My Location,” CoordinateTW uses Apple Core Location to obtain the device's current location information, such as latitude, longitude, altitude, horizontal accuracy, vertical accuracy, and location time. This information is used to display the current position, convert coordinate formats, copy or share coordinates, or open a map.

Location data is not transmitted to a developer-operated server and is not used by the developer to create or retain a location history.

2. Address Information

The App may use Apple-provided geocoding services to convert coordinates into a readable address. Address availability depends on the device, network, and Apple system services.

3. Coordinate Input and Conversion

Coordinates entered or pasted by the user, including WGS84, DMS, TWD97, TWD67, and Taiwan Power Company coordinate formats, are used only for recognition and coordinate conversion within the App. The developer does not send these inputs to a developer-operated server for storage.

4. Map Services

When the user chooses to open Apple Maps or Google Maps, coordinate information may be passed to the selected map service at the user's direction. Further processing is governed by the privacy policy of the corresponding service provider.

5. Accounts and Personal Information

The App does not currently require an account and does not ask users to provide a name, phone number, email address, or other identity information.

6. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

The App currently does not use third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or developer-deployed behavioral analytics services.

7. Sale and Sharing of Data

The developer does not sell, rent, or share users' location data, coordinate input, or other personal data for advertising purposes.

8. Managing Location Permission

Users may change or disable CoordinateTW's location permission at any time in iOS or iPadOS Settings. If location permission is disabled, coordinate input and conversion features that do not require the device's current location remain available.

9. Changes to This Policy

If future versions introduce accounts, cloud services, analytics, advertising, or other features involving data processing, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes.
